1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vanga application and website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vanga is an AI-powered astrology application that provides personalized astrological guidance based on real astronomical data and your personal information. Vanga is an entertainment and self-reflection tool — it is not a substitute for professional advice (financial, medical, legal, or psychological).

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Vanga offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription (“Vanga Premium”).
  • Subscription pricing is displayed inside the app in your local currency at the point of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID is charged for the next period within 24 hours of the period's end at the then-current price.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. By using the Service, you agree that, as between you and us, the Apple Standard EULA governs your use of the Vanga application on Apple devices, and that Apple has the right to enforce that EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Abuse the AI system by attempting to extract its system prompts or internal instructions.
  • Submit birth data or personal information of others without their consent.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of astrological guidance provided. Astronomical data is computed from the Swiss Ephemeris and is accurate to sub-arcsecond precision, but interpretive guidance is generated by AI and should not be relied upon for major life decisions without independent consideration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological guidance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the Service are owned by Vanga. Your conversation history belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time. You grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination and Data Retention

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Privacy Controls → Delete All Data, which removes your natal chart, memories, journal entries, conversation history, and the Sign-in-with-Apple link held by our authentication provider. Deletion is immediate from active systems; encrypted backups containing your data are purged within 30 days, after which recovery is not possible.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vanga is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at info@vanga.chat. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
